Yes — most of our clients do! We’ll send you a detailed, customized shopping list with exactly what to buy and how much, and we’ll walk through it with you so you’re never guessing. Prefer we handle it end to end? We can shop and deliver everything for you, too.

Always. Your Spunky Specialist builds a shopping list around your bar menu, guest count, and drink choices — so you know precisely what to buy, where to buy it, and how much to get. It’s one of the easiest parts of planning with us.

The sooner the better! We recommend booking several weeks ahead — and even earlier for weekends, holidays, and spring/summer events. Short on time? Reach out anyway; we do our best to make last-minute requests work when a team is available.

A deposit is required to secure your date and bartender. Your Spunky Specialist will go over the exact amount and payment schedule with you when you receive your customized quote — there are never hidden fees.
