Privacy Policy

This policy covers www.spunkyspirits.com and the enquiry forms on it. It is written by Spunky Spirits (“we”, “us”), and it describes what happens to information you give us here.

What we collect

We collect two things, and only when you type them in:

• Event enquiries. When you request a quote we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event — the date, the venue or address, how many guests, what kind of bar you want, and anything you add in the notes.
• Licence applications. If you apply to become a licensee we ask for your name, contact details, the region you are interested in, and your answers to the qualifying questions on that form.

If you agree to it, we also count visits with cookieless, anonymous analytics (see below). We do not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell, rent or trade yours.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To route your enquiry to the Spunky Spirits team that covers your area.
• To run your event, if you book one, and to invoice for it.
• To assess a licence application and follow up on it.

We will contact you about the enquiry you made. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who else sees it

Enquiries go into the Spunky Spirits operations platform and are visible to the local team who would run your event, and to Spunky Spirits head office. Beyond that we share your information only with the services that make the site work:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that a form submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It sees your browser and network information, not your form answers.
• Google Places — powers the address box when you look up your venue. The request is made by our server rather than your browser, so Google receives the text you type into that box and not your identity or IP address.
• OpenStreetMap — supplies the map tiles on our coverage map.
• Supabase and Vercel — host our database and this website.
• Vercel Web Analytics — only if you accept the analytics banner. It counts page visits, referring site, country and device type without cookies and without identifying you. Change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it. Otherwise, it stays with us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become events are kept while they are still worth following up, and removed on request. Records of events we actually ran are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, insurance and tax purposes.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will. Depending on where you live you may have further rights — in Florida and across the United States, the rights available to you vary by state. Children

This site is for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we serve alcohol only to guests of legal drinking age with valid ID.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie and no tracking cookies. The details are on our cookie notice.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in.
