The rules for using this website. Your event itself is governed by the contract you sign, not by this page.

This page is about the website. What we will do at your event — service hours, staffing, alcohol, cancellation, deposits — is set out in the contract you sign with your local Spunky Spirits team. Where that contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse, request a quote, and apply to become a licensee. In return, do not attempt to break into it, scrape it, overload it, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.
Quotes are estimates
A price shown on this site, or produced by a form on it, is an estimate based on what you told us. It is not an offer and it is not a booking. Your event is confirmed when you have a signed contract and your deposit has been received — not before.
Prices, packages and availability vary by territory and change over time. The team covering your area sets their own.
Alcohol
We serve legally and we serve responsibly. Guests must be of legal drinking age and may be asked for identification. Our bartenders will refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or cannot produce ID, and that decision is theirs to make on the day. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol; how alcohol is supplied at your event depends on your venue, your package and the law where you are.
Independent local teams
Spunky Spirits territories are operated by independently owned licensees under the Spunky Spirits brand. Your contract is with the team that serves your area. We hold them to the brand’s standards, but they run their own business.
Our content
The words, photographs, designs and marks on this site belong to Spunky Spirits or are used with permission. You may share and link to our pages. You may not reproduce them as your own.
Other people’s sites
We link to venues, partners and suppliers we like. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee either. Details can go out of date and the site can go down. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Spunky Spirits is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes about them belong to the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
