It all started with a Super Bowl party in Tampa. The drinks were flowing, the crowd was ready, and the traditional catering quotes were piling up fast. Lori McCarthy saw the problem clearly. Hosts were being charged steep “per person” prices, whether every guest drank or not.
That didn’t feel fair. It didn’t feel flexible. And it definitely didn’t feel very spunky.So, in 2006, Lori shook things up and launched Tampa Bay’s first mobile bartending service.The idea was simple. You buy the alcohol you want. We bring the bartenders, the tools, the setup, and the energy. You only pay for what your party actually pours.
